Updated Manual with Reaper Export Config

Some users who use Reaper to prepare midis had some issues with midi2uge. It turns out the problem was the reaper export. I updated the manual to show how to get around this. And I'm also attaching it here. Just make sure you have the following settings on midi export (those 2 embed check boxes usually are not checked by default):
