Some real minor bug fixes here.

• Saving when skating reloads the game with you moving fast but not skating
• Cancelling continue option on main  menu would freeze game
• Reflection glitches in the sewers when you do the block puzzle
• Rats sometimes run out of bounds in the block puzzle (refined the entire puzzle)
• Changing name after trying the red code causes issues with hero's name
• Clark's note says its summer vacation but its clearly fall (game was originally set in summer vacation but fall is more emo!)
• Needed to scroll when seeing the Vaults red code or press B for it to go in your notes
• Couldn't move cursor back to top menu item in setup page once you go down
• Using the PC while skating causes your BBS cursor to move way too fast
• Update my logo to the more dithered textured one
